A Word about the Weather.- The Highland Bagpipe is a very versatile instrument. It is a woodwind that is influenced by such factors as humidity, heat and most negatively, the cold. We will always do our best to assure a high quality performance regardless of the weather, once temperatures approach freezing, out of doors performance becomes questionable. Certain changes in format may be necessary to provide service.
